What kind of lights do you use?
Mostly commercial-grade C9 and C7 bulbs on rooflines, mini lights on shrubs, railings and columns, and full 14-inch garland with bows for greenery. Hanging orbs and starbursts are available for a more upscale look.
When should I book holiday lighting?
As early as possible. Install dates fill up quickly, and we recommend booking by November 15.
When do you install and take down?
Installs run from mid-October through early December. Takedown is scheduled after the holidays, usually in January.
Can I use my own lights?
We install our own commercial-grade lights so we can guarantee them all season.
What if a light goes out?
Call or send a service request. We fix problems during the season, usually within one business day.
Do you store the lights?
Yes. We take everything down, label it by location and store it until next season.
